Skirmish Beginner/Foundation Course

If you are keen to try CrossFit, we offer a fast track Beginner/Foundation Course.  It is the best way to learn some basic skills, check out the coaches and Box and of course decide if CrossFit is for you.  We do Beginner sessions as 121 sessions with our coaches, so you get the chance to ask questions and get more time.  This is important when you are learning some of the basic skills/moves.  We run the course as 3 x 121 sessions arranged at a time that suits you.   It costs £60 for the course, so just £20 per session.  You can simply click on this link to buy – we will call you to arrange your sessions.   Or email us at 

CrossFit is more involved than standard gym training. You learn new skills from handstands to Olympic weight lifting, making it a great fitness option as workouts are varied, you develop both physically and mentally and you never get bored.

However, if you are new to CrossFit, dropping you into a standard class without basic training can be daunting which is why our fast start CrossFit Beginner/Foundation course is the best way to decide if CrossFit is for you.   We cover all the basics in 3 x 121 coaching sessions for just £60.
