CrossFit Lite & Beginner’s Olympic Weight Lifting Launches 3rd January 2017

We are pleased to launch NEW CROSSFIT LITE and beginner’s Olympic weight lifting classes.   This was directly based on member’s feedback where many of you said you loved CrossFit for general fitness but were happy to do basic moves, not necessarily learn how to muscle up/compete . There are 2 Lite coached classes almost every day (and other normal CrossFit classes) and you also get Yoga mobility, spinning and beginner’s weight lifting classes as part of your membership. (Weights is massively important for fat burn and muscle definition as well as butt lifting). Crossfit works because it is coached and you are supported by the other class members who encourage you every step of the way.
