The CrossFit Games Open is the largest fitness competition on Earth and an exciting showcase of the CrossFit community. Here, athletes like you, from all around the world, show up and push themselves further than they ever thought possible over a five-week period. Challenges, PRs, and the unknown await.

THE OPEN IS FOR ANYONE

PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND ABILITY LEVELS CAN PLAY

People of all ages and ability levels can play, Rx’d or scaled. Use hashtags to see where you stack up with friends or others like you.

CROSSFIT AFFILIATES OR ANY GYM, GARAGE, PARK OR FLAT SPACE

Participate at any of the 15,000+ CrossFit affiliates worldwide or in any gym, garage, park, or flat space where you can bring your gear and a camera.

STARTING
OCT. 11, 2019

Oct. 11 kicks off five weeks of Open workouts. Talk with your coach and make a game plan.

THE OPEN IS YOURS

The Custom Leaderboard is back, with new features that include the ability to create your own communities using hashtags. See where you rank in hashtag communities you join, all accessible via the app.

HOW TO PLAY

STEP 1

REGISTER

Go to games.crossfit.com and fill out your profile. Unlock new features of the Open and get ready to play.

STEP 2

WORK OUT

Download a scorecard. Choose Rx’d or scaled. Throw down at an affiliate or record a video.

STEP 3

RECOVER

After giving your best effort, get a picture for the ‘gram and group text all your friends. Secretly stress about a redo.

STEP 4

SUBMIT SCORE

Turn in your score on time to see how you did compared to your past performances and to your friends.

STEP 5

LEADERBOARD

Refresh, refresh, refresh as scores roll in to see where you rank worldwide, in your box, and among people like you.
